The Power to Launch: Mindset & Strategy Retreat
Italy 2025 Contract
This Retreat Contract ("Agreement") is made effective as of the day you electronically accept these terms between you (the participant) and Successful Coaches Enterprise LLC (the Retreat Organizer), collectively referred to as "the Parties".
Preamble
WHEREAS, the Retreat Organizer is hosting a retreat titled, The Power to Launch: Mindset & Strategy Retreat, Italy 2025 ("Retreat"), aimed at providing business educational workshops, coaching and personal development, in an environment conducive to learning, reflection, and engagement; WHEREAS, the Participant wishes to attend this Retreat to engage in activities designed to promote business and personal growth, and community building under the terms specified herein;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein, the Parties agree to the following enhanced terms:
- Retreat Details
1.1 The Retreat will be held from May 12th 2025 to May 18th2025 at ("Venue"). 1.2 The Venue offers amenities such as pool, trails, vineyards etc . which are available to Participants as part of the retreat package.
- Fees and Payment
2.1 The total fee for attending the Retreat is $4,000, which covers all scheduled activities, meals (except those noted in the event description), lodging for a shared room with a single bed (upgrades are available at an additional cost). 2.2 Payment Schedule: A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required at the time of booking to secure the Participant’s reservation. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the start of the Retreat.
- Inclusions
3.1 The fee includes accommodations (as per selected package), all scheduled meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), except on the day of the Florence excursion where you are responsible for lunch and dinner, participation in all scheduled group activities. 3.2 The Retreat will also provide workshop materials before (pre-work) and during the event. 3.3 Bonuses as advertised.
- Exclusions
4.1 The fee does not include personal expenses such as travel to and from the Retreat (airfare, transportation back and forth from airport), optional spa treatments, alcoholic beverages (except for wine where noted in the itinerary), and unscheduled activities. 4.2 Personal purchases made on excursions, at shops or concessions are excluded. Meals on the excursion to Florence are also excluded.
- Cancellation by Participant
5.1 Participants may cancel their registration subject to the following penalties:
- Cancellations made more than 60 days before the Retreat start date will result in a 50% refund of the total fee paid minus the deposit.
- Cancellations made 30 to 59 days before the Retreat start date will result in a 25% refund of the total fee paid minus the deposit.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the Retreat start date.
- Cancellation by Organizer
6.1 The Retreat Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Retreat due to insufficient enrollment, natural disasters, or other situations that would make the event non-viable. If such a cancellation occurs, a full refund of all fees paid will be given to Participants, including the deposit.
- Accommodations
7.1 Accommodation options [single or double] will be assigned based on the package purchased, participant’s preference, availability and first come first serve basis. 7.2 Any damages to the room or facility caused by the Participant must be paid for by the Participant.
- Conduct and Safety
8.1 Participants must comply with all local laws and Venue regulations. Failure to comply with these rules may result in expulsion from the Retreat without a refund. 8.2 The Retreat Organizer is committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all participants. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
- Liability Waiver
9.1 Participants are required to sign a liability waiver at check-in, acknowledging that they are participating in the Retreat at their own risk and releasing the Retreat Organizer from liability for any accidents or injuries that may occur.
- Health and Safety
10.1 Prior to arrival, Participants must complete a health questionnaire to inform the Retreat Organizer of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions that may require special accommodations.
- Intellectual Property
11.1 All program materials provided before, during and after the Retreat are proprietary and copyrighted by the Retreat Organizer and/or its partners. Participants are not permitted to copy or distribute materials without explicit permission.
- Confidentiality
12.1 The nature of some Retreat activities may require Participants to share personal experiences. Participants agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of information shared by others during these sessions.
- Media Release
13.1 Participants grant the Retreat Organizer the right to use photographs or video recordings of the Retreat for future promotional purposes. Participants may opt out of this clause by providing written notice prior to the start of the Retreat.
- Travel Insurance
14.1 It is highly recommended that Participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that may prevent attendance, such as medical emergencies or travel disruptions.
- Amendments
15.1 Amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties. No verbal agreement or promise shall be considered binding.
- Entire Agreement
16.1 This document, including any attachments and appendices, constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties regarding the Retreat and supersedes any prior discussions or agreements.
- Signatures
Participant acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions by electronically signing this agreement and paying the deposit.
